NYRA is an AYS Innovations product for thinking, creating, practicing conversations, speaking improvement, images, Canvas work, and collaboration. Features and plan limits may change as the product develops.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for activity performed through your account. Do not attempt to access another person's private data, collaboration rooms, or administrative controls.

Use NYRA lawfully and respect other people. Do not use it to facilitate harm, abuse, exploitation, credential theft, malware, unauthorized surveillance, or infringement. Do not bypass rate limits, plan controls, safety protections, or access policies.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, and other consequential information with qualified sources. NYRA is a support tool, not a replacement for professional judgment or real human relationships.

You retain responsibility for content you upload or create and must have the right to use it. You authorize the service to process that content only as needed to provide the features you request, subject to the applicable privacy notice and provider agreements.

Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider access, plan limits, safety controls, or incomplete launch configuration. AYS Innovations may update the service and these terms, with material launch-stage changes communicated through an appropriate product channel.
